Data Deletion Request
When you request data deletion, the following information associated with your device will be permanently removed from our servers:
Once you delete your data, nothing related to you will be retained. Other story audio data will be automatically and permanently deleted after one week on the server.
To delete your data, you will need your Device ID. You can find it in the App:
If you have trouble finding your Device ID or need assistance, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 30 days.
